Around the age of 17, I started to be very nervous about certain things. I began to believe that there was something wrong with my health,that I had some kind of disease. I started to panic on many occasions. I was getting some kind of pressure in my head, my heart started to beat way beyond normal and breathing became difficult. I was sweating and felt pain in my chest, the more I concentrated on that bad feeling, the more my heart rate increased and the more I thought I was going to faint or get a heart attack. I was still suffering of panic attacks and I thought I never would get rid of them.

But after almost 2 years I finally found some hope, I ordered a book called Panic Away, when I started reading the book, I immediately realized that it was written by people who knew what I was going through and even better, they knew how to help me!!! I read the complete book and started to get my life on track.

Now I'm 20 years old and it has been over 8months since my last panic attack and I couldn't be happier.
